O-RING

This contract is for the procurement of 3,961 O-RINGS with the NSN 5331-01-412-4837 under solicitation SPE7L1-26-T-808G, issued by the Department of Defense through the Land Supply Chain organization. The requirement is for full and open competition with no set-aside and a delivery deadline of 147 days after award. The O-RINGS must comply with technical and quality standards referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, identified by R or I numbers, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation issue date or award date depending on acquisition type. The items must be free of asbestos and ozone-depleting chemicals, and any substitute materials require prior approval unless explicitly authorized by the specification. Components must be sourced from manufacturers listed on an approved Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List as specified in procurement note H02. Configuration changes require formal engineering change proposals and variance requests must be submitted according to clause RQ002. All supplies must adhere to DLA packaging standards and government identification must be removed from non-accepted items per RQ011. Covered defense information may apply under RD003.
