INVITATION TO TENDERERSThe City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites Tenders for the construction of two new modulars with a combined area of 356 sq.m that would function as a fully licensed Indigenous Childcare Centre located at 14290 & 14300 & 14302 – 108 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia.The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for the construction of two modular buildings, landscape work, parking lot, outdoor playground and an art panel fence.The Work includes but is not limited to:• On-site work• Installation of new concrete foundations• Manufacture and supply of two modular buildings including covered shared areas• Landscape work• Construction of outdoor parking including garbage enclosure• Construction of three outdoor play areas• Installation of 15 art panels along the front (north) fence. 15 laser cut steel panels will be supplied by the City and installed by the General Contractor.Refer to the project drawings and specifications for a complete description of the scope of the Work and services required.INFORMATION MEETING:An information meeting will be hosted by the Owner’s Representative to discuss the Owner’s requirements under this ITT (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Tenderers, Tenderers who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. At the time of issuance of this ITT a meeting has been scheduled as follows:Date: June 3rd, 2026Time: 10:30 a.m.Location: 14290 108 Ave, Surrey, B.C.Tenderers are to meet at the front of the signage boardADDENDAIf the Owner determines that an amendment is required to this ITT, the Owner’s Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the Owner’s website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”) and upon posting will be deemed to form a part of this ITT. It is the responsibility of Tenderers to check Websites for addenda. The only way this ITT may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this ITT or may be relied upon by any Tenderer. By delivery of a Tender the Tenderer is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire ITT, including any and all addenda.INQUIRIESAll inquiries related to this ITT should be directed in writing to the person named below (the “Owner’s Representative”).
