OAG Environmental Crimes ITQ

The Office of Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is soliciting qualified contractors through an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to provide specialized environmental investigation services across all Pennsylvania counties. This established price contract allows qualified vendors to become eligible for future Request for Quotes (RFQ) to perform a wide range of services, including water, soil, and waste sampling, laboratory analysis, soil boring, geotechnical surveying, and the excavation of soil and waste. The scope of work encompasses various technical capabilities such as air and surface water pollution monitoring, groundwater control, and the provision of environmental test kits, reagents, and logging instruments for water wells.
