**Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Jones & DeMille Engineering located at 1535 S 100 W, Richfield, UT 84701, until Friday, August 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time.**
**Pre-bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM local time at Oak City Town Hall 30 W Center St., Oak City, UT 84649. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.**
