This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL Proposals will be due on 28 MAY 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.
