Subject: Final Solicitation Notice for OASIS UNR Pools 1, 3, and 4 On-Ramp Date: July 11th, 2019 Solicitation Number: GS00Q-13-DR-0001-P1P3P4 Notice Type: Final Solicitation Notice Primary NAICS Codes: Pool 1: 541330 Pool 3: 541330 Exception A Pool 4: 541713 (Formerly 541711 and 541712) Note: Refer to Section H.5 in the RFP to see the full list of NAICS codes and PSC codes. Synopsis: THIS IS A FINAL NOTICE. This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, is posted by the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to announce the open season of GS00Q-13-DR-0001-P1P3P4 for the Unrestricted (UNR) On-Ramp for Pools 1, 3, and 4, in accordance with Section H.15.3 of the Solicitation. This Request for Proposal (RFP) for One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) is a Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Solicitation using Full and Open Competition procedures under FAR 6.1. No set aside will be used for this Open Season On-Ramp. All proposals will be utilizing the Symphony system for submission. Please note that the submission of questions for this solicitation will now be conducted through Symphony. Please see Section L.2.1 for additional information. Symphony will not be available for use until approximately July 22nd, 2019. The Q&A link will be available at the same time Symphony becomes available for registration. The Q&A period is anticipated to be July 22nd, 2019 - August 7th, 2019. The Q&A will be definitized in the RFP when the RFP is amended to add the Symphony link for the submission of Q&A's. Offeror's will not be permitted to submit proposals until the Q&A amendment is posted to FBO. The closing date for this solicitation is anticipated to be September 11th, 2019.
