The Defense Health Agency (DHA) European Network is soliciting quotes under solicitation HT940626QE109 for the procurement, shipment, and support of tabletop steam sterilizer platforms to serve medical and dental treatment facilities in Germany and Italy. The requirement includes 12 large-capacity tabletop steam sterilizers (approximately 85 liters, Tuttnauer 3870EA-D or equal) and 2 Class B pre-vacuum tabletop steam sterilizers (approximately 27 liters, Tuttnauer T-Top II or equal). The equipment must be FDA 510(k) cleared, CE marked, and capable of native operation on standard European utility power (230 VAC, 50/60 Hz) without external transformers. The contractor is responsible for all packaging, overseas shipping, and onsite delivery on an F.O.B. Destination basis, with a total delivery timeline of 120 calendar days after the contract award. The contract is a firm-fixed-price award based on best value, with evaluation weighted equally between technical and logistical capability and price.
