The contract outlines the inspection and maintenance of the kitchen ANSUL hood suppression system and fire extinguishers for FY26/27. Any extinguisher removed for servicing must be temporarily replaced by a loaner. Annual extinguisher services generally occur in December. The agreement specifies that all inspections, testing, servicing, and required repairs should comply with Ohio laws and manufacturer recommendations, taking place between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. DSFM will facilitate access and coordination and prefers inspection reports for fire code compliance upon job completion. Any work beyond the current scope requires a formal quote and written notice before commencement.
