ODVA Roseburg Veterans Home CM/GC

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs, is soliciting a Construction Manager/General Contractor for the development of the Roseburg Veterans Home. Located at 913 Northwest Garden Valley Blvd in Roseburg, Oregon, this project involves the construction of a 125,000 to 135,000 square foot facility featuring 154 single nursing beds across a 14-acre site. The scope encompasses both preconstruction and construction phase services, including utility design and coordination with the City of Roseburg, Douglas County, and the USDVA Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The project is estimated with a target Guaranteed Maximum Price between 69 million and 99 million dollars.
