This request is to procure services that will provide work that will continue to completion the Office of environmental and Historic Preservation (OEHP) development of GIS services needed for FEMA. The Environmental Historic and Planning Preservation Mobile Workforce Data Management Program (EHP MWDMP) is designed to develop a workforce management and real-time geographic information (GIS) decision system using the Environmental System Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS platform to guide and support FEMA's Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP) mobile workforce as they carry out data collection activities. The system will help coordinate field-to-office workflows, provide support to decision-making and allow EHP to optimize daily field operations. The system will provide data with which to track data collection locations, plan more efficiently, coordinate and assign work, complete field data collection, and provide near real-time reporting statistics
