This ITB replaces Bid #ITB-PRC-FY24-0366 as the County and OEM Adobe SKU, Qty, and Term requirements have changed.
The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from authorized OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer, Equipment is this ITB is Software) Adobe Value Added Resellers (VARs) to provide the information as specified in this ITB (Invitation to Bid) and per the attached instructions, requirements, and specifications.
Bidders shall contact the County's OEM Adobe account representatives: Troy Arajs, contact@example.gov and Mason Dettmer, contact@example.gov, for pricing and assistance in responding to this ITB.
Qualified Bidders shall be an OEM Adobe SLED (State, Local, and Education) Authorized Reseller and shall use the contract vehicle or methods they have available with OEM SolarWinds that will yield the best and lowest pricing to the County.
County is seeking OEM Adobe resellers that can assist on the pricing, assist County at obtaining the best and lowest prices. County expects at the minimum, pricing in-line with the market and what other public sector agencies are getting priced at and paying for the same or similar item/product/SKU# and quantities/tiers. County uses the GovSpend tool to market research/benchmark pricing.
This solicitation will result in a County Standard One-Time PO Contract/Agreement for 1 year to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible bidder. Further details are provided in the Specifications and Requirements in the Documents section. The contract will be governed by County's standard terms and conditions (as attached). Bidders taking exceptions to County's standard terms and conditions will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered.
County reserves the right to negotiate pricing with the lowest bidder.
Bidders shall complete the pricing in all the yellow highlighted cells of the Excel Bid Sheet.
This is an Invitation to Bid, which is an offer and acceptance. Bidders who take exception to any of the terms and conditions in the attachments will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered.
This is an all or none bid. Bidders must submit pricing for all bid items. Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder's Declarations and Bidders Representation.
This solicitation if awarded will result in a signed contract between the County and Awardee and Annual Contract Release Purchase Orders to pay the annual subscription fee invoices, to the lowest priced responsive and responsible Bidder or Awardee.
Items to be filled out completely/accurately, signed, and returned by a responsible and responsive Bidder through Periscope are as follows: 1. Bidder's Representation Form. 2. Declaration Submittal Form*. 3. Excel Bid Sheet, fill in all the yellow highlighted cells, this must be consistent with and match exactly to 5. 4. Enter Total Price of Year 1, the Grand Total of the Adobe Maintenance/Subscription for period 7-17-2024 to 7-16-2025. 5. Bidder / Reseller Quote .pdf on Company letterhead.
Note: Please ensure you read each of these documents carefully and do not forget to check your appropriate box in the item 2. 'Wage Theft Prevention'* section of the Declaration Submittal Form. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder may be required to submit insurance certificate/s in compliance with County's Insurance Requirements within 3 days of County's notification.
