This Solicitation is for direct replacement valves from (OEM) Crane Chem-Pharma and Energy (Crane).  Part Number’s are 04AG064315 (Quantity 4), 03JG564315(Quantity 8), 25AG064315(Quantity 1), 03AG064315(Quantity 2), & 06AG064015(Quantity 1).



BRAND NAME STATEMENT: This acquisition is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Crane Chem-Pharma and Energy BRAND NAME requirement IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102 Restricting competition. Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes prior to the solicitation closing date. Offeror quotes shall include an AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter and documentation from the OEM establishing that the parts are genuine including traceability to the manufacturer and manufacturer warranties.



1. NOTICE TO ALL OFFERORS: The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price Supply-type Purchase Order in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 in response to quotes received as a result of this solicitation. A firm-fixed-price contract places the maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss on the contractor, offerors are advised to consider these risks when pricing their quotes.



2. See block 8 on page 1 of the solicitation for the closing date and time.



3. The deadline for submission of questions regarding the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work (SOW) / performance work statement (PWS) is one (1) day prior to the solicitation closing date of August 7th, 2026 at 10:00AM CST.



4. All responsible sources may submit a quote or offer prior to the solicitation closing date.
