Packaging must be environmentally preferable—reusable, returnable, or recyclable—with exceptions only for hazardous or technically specialized items. The supplier must ensure all hardware is new, authentic, and free from counterfeits, and must certify compliance with Canada’s anti-forced labour provisions and the Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity. Integrity and compliance are strictly enforced; offerors must submit an Integrity Declaration Form if unable to meet any certification, and any false or misleading information may result in contract termination and debarment. All offers must be submitted electronically via CPC Connect, with hard copies accepted only at the designated physical address. No security clearance is required, and there are no key personnel specifications. Invoicing must include proper financial codes and be sent to the client department’s address; payment will be processed via direct deposit or check.
