Office Furniture Products

The Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation is establishing a catalogue framework agreement for the provision of office furniture products to public sector organisations. This agreement utilizes a direct-delivery model where end customers place orders through YPO, and the appointed providers deliver the products directly to those customers. The framework has an estimated total value of 12 million GBP excluding VAT and is scheduled for an initial two-year term starting February 1, 2027, with a possible extension for an additional two years, totaling a maximum term of four years. Suppliers will be appointed based on the Most Advantageous Tender methodology, with evaluation weighted toward cost at 40 percent, quality at 25 percent, social value and sustainability at 20 percent, and delivery and customer service at 15 percent. Providers are required to submit pricing via a specific Pricing Schedule and will be subject to a maximum fee of 5.5 percent, consisting of a 3 percent marketing and catalogue contribution and a 2.5 percent retrospective rebate. The solicitation is open to all, including small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community, and social enterprises, with a submission deadline of November 18, 2026.
