THIS IS A COMPETITIVE 8(a) SET ASIDE. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) which will solicit proposals to implement development efforts that fully leverage current technologies and result in more efficient operations of business activities. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract with multiple awards to support the entire Agency. Task orders will be award on a fixed priced, labor hours, time and materials, cost plus fixed fee or cost plus award fee basis and require some or all of the following services: (1) Information Technology (IT) Systems Development, (2) IT Systems Analysis Services, (3) Automated Information Systems Design and Integration, (4) IT Independent Technical Review, (5) IT Data Conversion, (6) Strategic Information Technologies Planning, Program Assessment and Studies, and (7) Other IT Services. This is a new requirement and is a 100% 8(a) SET ASIDE. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period and four (4) option periods (total 60 months). Offerors from concerns other than small businesses WILL NOT be considered.
