Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) Case Management System (OCMS)

The contract supports the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) Case Management System (OCMS) and related platforms through comprehensive project management, operations and maintenance, and continuous system enhancements. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of services, coordinating resources, and maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements. This includes system administration, integration with ICE and partner agency systems, and the implementation of enhancements using Agile methodologies to adapt to evolving business needs across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. The Contractor must maintain and improve existing OCMS functionalities, deliver Tier II and III technical support, unify the user interface and experience, manage server upgrades, and oversee SharePoint administration with a consistent focus on security, operational continuity, and user satisfaction. All activities are centered around maximizing system value and mission success for ICE OPLA and its stakeholders through active collaboration, training, and knowledge sharing.
