GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of the United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 11,992 BOMA usable square feet of classroom and office space for the Defense Acquisition University. Lease is tentatively for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than October 2017. First consideration will be given to locations within the security fenced boundaries of Hill Air Force Base, Utah. If no offer fully complies with the primary area of consideration, Second area of consideration shall be: North: Interstate 84, South: E 700 S/West Highway 193, East: North Highway 89/S 2700 E, West: Interstate 15 Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration. If no buildings are found within the second area of consideration, a final area of consideration shall be: The city limits of Clearfield Utah. If no offers are received that fully comply with the minimum requirements within the above boundaries in the above stated precedence, other alternative sites, will be considered. Space must meet all Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the request for proposal and resultant lease.
