BIDDER MUST SUBMIT AND ATTACH A RESPONSE TO THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS: 'SRC0000018612 -OHR-SFY24-Reconditioned Encore Crown RC5525-40 Stand-Up Forklifts _BIDDER REQUIREMENTS_UNIT'.PLEASE NOTE: THERE SHOULD BE TWO RESPONSE ATTACHMENTS UPLOADED/INCLUDED TO THE BID RESPONSE IF IT'S TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF UNITS BEING RESPONSED WITH. RESPONSE DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ONE PDF DOCUMENT. General Information:The preference for stand-up counterbalanced forklifts is deliberate due to their smaller turning radius compared to standard sit-down forklifts, enabling operation in tighter spaces. Specifically, these units would facilitate narrower aisles between our current racking while maintaining operational ease versus sit-down models. Each reconditioned unit must come with a new 36-volt battery
Minimum 5-year warranty on each battery
Units must be brand specific (CROWN RC5525-40) or equivalent (provide model and specification information) If local, supplier must allow for a site visit to inspect reconditioned units.
Local radius is 40 miles from delivery site.
If outside of the radius and inspection not feasible, ODH has the right to refuse delivery should units arrive in unsatisfactory condition.
1 year warranty on the entire unit Connection cables must be compatible with our current battery chargers and connector ends (connector ends are Anderson Power Product 320 A 150 V IP23) Units must have a reach of at least 190”. Units must have a 4,000 lb. capacity. Units must be in like new condition with usage limited to under 2500 hours.
Units to be manufactured in 2017 or newer model (2017-2024).
Bidder must provide number of usage hours for each unit, year of manufacture, lead time after receipt of order.
Lead time ARO 4-6 weeks
Bidder must supply 10 pictures of unit being bid.
Photos must show model number.
Shipping to be included in cost/bid (sales tax exempt)
