AI Contract Overview
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is looking for experienced contractors to enhance the Health, Outcomes, Network, and Education (HONE) platform, which serves to support Coordinated Specialty Care for First Episode Psychosis (CSC for FEP). The project involves developing a Team Meeting Dashboard within the HONE system, which will facilitate and document team meetings, as well as track information related to the Ohio CSC for FEP Fidelity Measure. Essential features include a report scanning function, meeting details screens, and scheduling options. The contractor will also be tasked with integrating capabilities to track and report team activities essential for evaluating fidelity measures. This optimization aligns with OhioMHAS's mission to deliver high-fidelity services across the state, aimed at improving individual client outcomes and the broader behavioral health system. The scope of work includes utilizing OhioMHAS's established .Net 4.8.1 code and mySQL 8.0.32 database on Ohio’s Azure platform. Deliverables are to include database setup, unit testing, implementation of visualization features for the CSC Fidelity Measure, and ensuring clinician digital signature codes are in place before assessments. The contractor will also provide training, technical documentation, and end-user guides. Moreover, the code will be made available to Yale for integration into the master HONE configuration, ensuring compatibility with future updates. The contractor must have relevant software development experience, particularly with Microsoft .Net and HONE, and should not have any “unresolved” findings for recovery according to Ohio law. The project is valued between $500,000 and $1,500,000, with proposals due by February 26, 2025.
