OJAG - Project Management, installation technical services, on-site training and on-site post-cutover support

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal support services including project management, and customer coordination for the Office of the Judge Advocate General and the Navy Inspector General’s Office in the Washington Navy Yard, DC. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(10). Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. MCS of Tampa, Inc., is the supplier who can provide the project management, data gathering, and software programming, technician services, network infrastructure assessment/analysis, and as built documentation. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330.
