Bid #2026-RFP-0439: The City of Pasadena is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to establish a pool of up to five on-call consultants. These consultants will provide architectural and related multidisciplinary professional services for City-owned or operated buildings and facilities. Potential assignments include facility assessments, programming, feasibility studies, design, permitting support, bidding support, construction administration, closeout, historic preservation, and accessibility improvements for various municipal facilities such as offices, public safety buildings, libraries, parks, and transit facilities. The City owns facilities designated as historic resources. Services will be authorized via individual Task Orders, each with a negotiated scope, schedule, and not-to-exceed fee. Each agreement will have a maximum contract amount of $1,000,000 over a four-year term.
