Scope: The City of Hartford is soliciting proposals from qualified Architectural firms for the purpose of selecting an Architectural Consultant to provide the City of Hartford with “on-call” as-needed, professional Architectural services. The City of Hartford will accept either individual firm submittals or team submittals from two or more firms. The City of Hartford intends to select a list of Consultants to complete various “on-call” work, which will be distributed among the selected firms or teams at the discretion of the City. These projects are those in which the estimated total cost is less than $5,000,000. The on-call work comprises two categories: (Architectural) and (Landscape Architectural). Firms should indicate which category they are submitting proposals for.Firms can submit their proposal for one or multiple categories
