GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION– The City of Chico is requesting proposals from qualified painting contractors to provide labor, equipment, materials, and services in connection with interior and exterior painting and coatings for City facilities on an on-call basis. The City intends to award to a primary contractor and secondary contractor for these services.
