The City of Port Moody (the City) invites proposals from consulting and engineering firms to provide various professional technical transportation engineering and planning services (the “Services”) on an as needed and when requested basis. The City intends to use this solicitation process to select a list of candidate firms to undertake a variety of on-call assignments and capital works/infrastructure improvement projects within the City.Enquiries:All enquiries related to this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) are to be submitted through the Bids&Tenders Bidding System only: https://portmoody.bidsandtenders.ca/. by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for this specific bid opportunity. Bidders should not use the Discussion forum on the BC Bid site to submit questions.Addenda:Written addenda are the only means of verifying, clarifying, or otherwise changing any of the information contained in this RFSO. The City will post addenda on the Bidding System. Once issued, all addenda will form part of the RFSO. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure they have viewed all addenda prior to submission.
