On Call Electrical Services 26-27

The City of Scotts Valley is soliciting proposals for a qualified electrical contractor to provide on-call services for City-owned buildings, parks, facilities, and infrastructure. The agreement is structured as a three-year contract beginning July 1, 2026, with an option to extend for an additional two years. The scope of work encompasses a broad range of electrical services, including maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and emergency response for electrical panels, wiring, generators, control systems, and LED retrofits. Work is authorized through individual task orders and may require the contractor to be available after hours, on weekends, and during holidays. Selection is based on a points-based evaluation of the firm's responsiveness, qualifications, approach, references, and negotiated contract fees.
