On-Call General Engineering Services

The Sacramento County Water Agency is soliciting proposals for a three-year on-call professional services agreement to provide comprehensive engineering support for capital water infrastructure projects. The contract covers mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, fiber optic, and control systems engineering services for initiatives such as water treatment plant upgrades, new storage tanks, booster pump stations, transmission mains, and well site improvements. The consultant must also certify compliance with lobbying restrictions, non-disbarment status, anti-discrimination reporting, and biennial reporting of SCERS membership, though no socioeconomic or small business certifications are required.
