BACKGROUNDThe City of Huntington Beach (“City”) Public Works Department is seeking experiencedConsultant firms to assist the City’s staff in the following service category:Grant Writing/ Grant Administration3. SCOPE OF WORKIn general, the Consultant shall perform consulting services on an “on-call” basis for projects assigned by the City. If the Consultant does not have the ability to self-perform all aspects of the scope of services, then the Consultant shall subcontract for those services. In addition, the City may request the consultant to conduct special projects, research, and/or studies as needed. The scope of work for any one project may involve all phases of project development and may include but is not limited to the following:A.
