On-Call Homeless Encampment Clean Up Services

The City of Riverside is soliciting qualified entities or individuals to enter into an agreement providing on-call homeless encampment cleanup services across the city. Up to five contractors will be selected to respond to service requests as needed in three categories: standard, emergency, and hazardous encampment cleanups. Contractors may be called upon to serve up to twenty or more locations during a typical fiscal service period, with work distributed based on operational needs. The solicitation, identified as RFP 2557, was posted on June 17, 2026, with responses due by July 16, 2026, at 9:00 PM Pacific Time. No bid bond is required for participation.
