The City of Gaithersburg (“City”) is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair and installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities and parks on an “as needed” basis, through the issuance of Executed Task Orders. The City wishes to award individual time-and-material contracts to up to two (2) successful Offerors for durations up to five (5) years.Estimated total value for the Contract is not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per twelve (12) month period total to selected Contractor(s) selected to provide the Services, as compensation for individual Task Orders. Estimated value is for planning purposes only; there is no guarantee of annual work issued under the Contract. The Contractor shall not charge the City Portal-to-Portal costs.
