On-Call Snow, Sand, Rock, and Debris Hauling

The City of Iowa City is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call hauling services for snow, sand, rock, and debris across its jurisdiction, as outlined in solicitation RFB27-51. All bids must be submitted exclusively through the Ion Wave platform; no faxes, emails, or hard copies will be accepted. Proposals are due by August 31, 2026, at 8:30 p.m., and any questions, requests for deviations, substitutions, or clarifications must be submitted via the Ion Wave Q&A feature no later than August 24, 2026, at noon. Only official responses issued through Ion Wave will be recognized, and submissions made outside this system will be disregarded. The contract is open to any eligible vendor without a specific set-aside, with performance expected throughout the City of Iowa City in Iowa.
