Full Description
The City of Carlsbad seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide third-party services to ensure compliance with the replacement housing, relocation and tenant noticing provisions of California Senate Bill (SB) 330, Ellis Act, Density Bonus Law, and Government Code Section 65590, (collectively State Relocation Requirements) for projects that include units proposed for demolition or converted from apartments to condominiums.
The City requires a well-managed and well-established service provider with demonstrated skills and technical ability to perform the services and fulfill the requirements outlined in this RFP. The successful service provider will be innovative and creative in their approach to developing a professional rapport with residential tenants, preparing tenant relocation plans, and other tasks required to demonstrate compliance with State Relocation Requirements.
