The City of Carlsbad seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide third-party services to ensure compliance with the replacement housing, relocation and tenant noticing provisions of California Senate Bill (SB) 330, Ellis Act, Density Bonus Law, and Government Code Section 65590, (collectively State Relocation Requirements) for projects that include units proposed for demolition or converted from apartments to condominiums.
