Metropolitan intends to award on-call agreement(s) for a duration of five (5) years. A complete description of the scope of work is provided in Section 2.Consultants, including their subconsultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and/or affiliated construction contractors, will be precluded from bidding on the construction projects for which they have provided VE services.
