The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking to establish a pool of qualified consulting firms through a Request for Qualifications to provide professional services on an as-needed basis. The primary goal is to support the implementation of RTD’s strategic initiatives outlined in the One RTD plan, which emphasizes core operational improvements, community engagement, and customer experience enhancements. Initial focus areas include maintaining a State of Good Repair (SOGR), evaluating office and space planning needs, and supporting various projects related to organizational assessment, property valuation, and outreach efforts. The contract aims to facilitate flexible, project-specific work orders, allowing RTD to leverage expertise across multiple sectors, with a preference for firms experienced in transit and public sector projects.
