Full Description

The Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Pink Elephant for on-line reference library including ITIL lifecycle books and ITSM related material including ITSM program and project management content. The library must consist of Service Support; Service Delivery; Planning to Implement Service Management; ICT Infrastructure Management: Applications Management; The Business Perspective, and is a best practice framework that has been drawn from both the public and private sectors internationally. Pink Elephant search engine is a tool used in searching IT Infrastructure matters that indirectly relate to the overall operation of the Bureau. This requirement is imperative for Public Debt to have access to all the IT protection services available in order to protect and secure all database information. The Government intends to award a base and two option periods. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than six days after publication of this notice. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement, at terms more advantageous to the Government than direct purchase through Pink Elephant. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received, that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to negotiate a sole-source award to Pink Elephant.
