The Department of National Defence (DND) seeks to engage one (1) Senior Project Manager and one (1) Senior Business Analyst to support ongoing Military Personnel Policy Management Modernization Initiative (PMMI) activities. The PMMI aims to implement a policy management system which provides a user-friendly platform which promotes independent, real-time search and retrieval of relevant and linked policies for a variety of military personnel policy users such as Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and their families, administrators, developers, management, and the public. The system will also facilitate automated workflows for policy development, query responses, and complaint resolution, while providing monitoring, evaluating and reporting functions to ensure timely policy updates that align with government initiatives and the evolving needs of CAF members and their families.
