CITY OF BATAVIANOTICE TO BIDDERSONE BATAVIA CITY CENTREROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECTSealed bids for the project entitled, One Batavia City Centre - Roof Replacement Project, at the City ofBatavia, New York will be received by the City Clerk’s Office, City of Batavia, City Hall at One CityCentre, Batavia, New York at or before 10:00 a.m. local time on September 25th, 2025 at which timethey will be publicly opened and read aloud.All Bids shall be made on the forms furnished and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “CITYOF BATAVIA – ONE BATAVIA CITY CENTRE - ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT” and directedto the City of Batavia.Plans and specifications may be obtained or examined at the City Clerk’s Office at the City of Bataviabetween the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm daily except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.A contractor walk through is scheduled for September 15th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the site.The Contract Documents may be obtained only from the City of Batavia City Clerk’s Office, City Hall,One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York 14020 upon deposit of the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) perset.
