The auction will be held pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and P.L. 2001, C. 30 on Municibid online auction site www.municibid.com. The auction will begin at 9:00 AM EST on Friday, February 21, 2025 and end at 1:00PM EST on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Inspection of items for sale may be scheduled Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm by calling the listing in the ad on the auction site. Items for sale and disposition, as well as details of the auction can be found online at www.municibid.com. Bidders for this auction must electronically register at the web site and by taking part in the bidding process, are acknowledging that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the site and agree to be bound thereby. The payment terms of the sale are posted on the website indicated herein.
