This future contract will cover the needs of the Commonwealth for services pertaining to Online Auction Services. This supplier will partner with Bureau of Supply & Surplus Operations to conduct the auctions. Items to be sold during auctions include, but are not limited to,: Heavy Equipment, construction equipment, trucks, office equipment, furniture, electronic equipment, tools, miscellaneous property and items obtained as a result of right of way acquisitions, seized property obtained through law enforcement proceedings, used and no longer needed property resulting from the closure of state facilities; specialty items such as snow plow blades, tires, etc., and other general surplus property as determined by Bureau of Supply & Surplus Operations.The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to request feedback from the supplier community who have experience in Online Auction Services. The information gathered through this RFI will be taken into consideration during the development of a new solicitation for the requested services.
