Online Evidence Based Clinical Support

The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Chinle Service Unit (CSU) is requesting for proposals for interested offerors to provide Online Evidence Based Clinical Support to the following (3) CSU sites; Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Pinon Health Center, Tsaile Health Center. CSU's yearly average consists of (3,145) Inpatient Admissions and (82) Clinicians. Refer to attached Pricing Schedule and Specifications. Period of Performance: 12/01/2014 through 09/30/2015, with the option to extend the end date to 10/31/2015. Obligations will be made on monthly basis. SUBMITTAL To be considered for award submit the following documents to the Contracting Officer via email: -Pricing Schedule and Product Specification form (must be signed) -Two letters of reference to provide evidence of past performance on contracts of comparable scope and complexity within the past five (5) years. -Capability Statement providing evidence of Clinical Content, Logistics/Training, IT capabilities and IHS experience. (must be signed) EVALUATION FACTORS The Government reserves the right to issue a single award or multiple awards to the schedule contractor(s) whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the following evaluation factor will be considered: Past Performance, Clinical Content, Logistics, Capabilities, and prior IHS experience. The evaluation factors and significant sub factors when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. The socio-economic status of an offeror may also be considered, should one or more quotes represent the best value. Due to the urgent need the Government encourages interested offerors to submit early.
