Full Description

Introduction The Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Office of the Secretary (OS), Office of Public Affairs (OPA). OPA is the primary point of contact for news media, organizations and the general public seeking information about Department of Commerce's programs, policies, procedures, statistics, research and services. The Office assists the Secretary on all public affairs and strategic communications matters and serves as a liaison with the White House and Executive Branch agencies on public information matters. Primary responsibilities include preparing communications strategies, media relations, publications review and coordinating social media activities across the Department. Synopsis This synopsis, in accordance with FAR 5.203(a). DOC does not intend for this action to be set aside. This action will be Sole Source. The Justification for Sole Source will be posted once the award is finalized. DOC intention is to award this contract to Cision US, Inc. Contract Type DOC intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 16.202. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and size standard for this acquisition is: 541890 and not greater than $15.0M Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance is for 60 months to include a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide a single, integrated, software-on-demand platform that provides the ease of use and functionality to create and monitor effective media campaigns.
