NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION The Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices has a need for a vendor to provide online access to information that specializes in international trade daily electronic services and print services on legal developments that influence the pension and benefits industry, including new cases, federal, and state legislation, rules from federal regulators, and enforcement trends. This information will be accessed via online and will be available 24 hours a day; 7 days a week from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 with two option years. If exercised, option year 1 will be from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 and option year 2 will be from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. Technical data will not be furnished as part of the solicitation. The Contracting Officer for this requirement will be Mark Green, 703-336-4052, Mark.Green2@irs.gov. The Contract Specialist for this requirement will be Michael Momb, 240-613-5100, Michael.j.Momb@irs.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for a copy of the solicitation must be made no later than 5:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday September 21, 2016 to Michael Momb via email at Michael.j.momb@irs.gov. As a result of the Market Research conducted, the government intends to sole source this requirement to Bloomberg Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
