The District of North Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consultant teams under solicitation RFP-064-26 to conduct a service and space needs assessment and an options and feasibility study for the Karen Magnussen and Ron Andrews Community Recreation Centres. The primary objective is to establish an evidence-based foundation for future council decisions regarding the delivery of recreation and community services in the Lynn Valley and Seymour service areas. Air Force Civil Augmentation Program (AFCAP) VI
Solicitation # FA805127R0001
The Air Force Contract Augmentation Program VI (AFCAP VI), solicitation FA805127R0001, is a Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron. This program serves as a global force multiplier providing rapid-response capabilities, including contingency planning, logistics, emergency construction, and Base Operating/Life Support (BOS/BLS) for the Department of the Air Force, other DoD components, and Federal agencies. The scope covers a wide array of missions such as Major Theater Wars, humanitarian assistance, and peacekeeping operations both within the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). The contract supports various career groups for non-inherently governmental functions, with an overall ordering window extending from June 1, 2028, through May 31, 2036. Award eligibility is based on a binary acceptability standard where offerors must be determined technically acceptable and possess an acceptable past performance rating. A critical requirement for award is the possession of a DCAA-approved accounting system due to the inclusion of cost-reimbursable task orders. The base award process does not rank proposals or use cost as an evaluation factor, as the initial Contractor School task order is a non-negotiable firm-fixed-price of 4,000,000 dollars. Subsequent task orders will be awarded using Tradeoff, Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO), or Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodologies. Key requirements include a Secret security clearance for the Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager, 24/7 classified communication capabilities, and adherence to CMMC cybersecurity standards. Small business participation goals are set at 37 percent for overall small businesses and 5 percent for small disadvantaged businesses.
