NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE (Post on sam.gov as a Special Notice)
Requisition Number: M-26-A20-R-000009 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for Media Relations Support Services. The intent to sole source is due to the sensitive media information being broadcasted. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with 2 option years. The total estimated value is less than $93,000.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement and FAR 5.003 and FAR 13.105. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
