This synopsis is posted to update the IFB number and other information. IFB W912CN-21-B-0002 replaces W912CN-20-B-0008. Tentative date for IFB will be on or about 14 JAN 2021. This is a pre-solicitation notice. This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. The proposed Invitation for Bid (IFB) procurement is intended for HubZone set-aside. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installations and related work at various Army Installations in the State of Alaska. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed priced requirement type construction contract. Contract term will be base plus two option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 01 APR 2021 - 31 MAR 2022; Option One 01 APR 2022 - 31 MAR 2023; Option Two 01 APR 2023 - 31 MAR 2024. The magnitude of the requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $16.5M.
