The Office of Naval Intelligence requires a twelve (12) month of purchasing License sustainment for Exceed Software Maintenance. Existing products to be maintained are proprietary to Open Text. The required maintenance renewal products provide the following for currently approved and installed Open Text software: Software patches; Version updates; Licensing support; Technical support & troubleshooting via phone and email for administrators/installers; and, Technical support & troubleshooting via phone and email for users. The period of performance is 01 Jun 2022 thru 31 May 2023. Please refer to the attached Limited Source Justification (LSJ) and the attached Requirements List. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will only accept quotes from Open Text authorized resellers. NAICS: 511210. The Government is seeking a discount from the offeror's schedule prices pursuant to FAR 8.404(d). The following clauses and provisions apply to this RFQ.
