Full Description

This presolicitation notice is an Economically Disabled Women Owned Small Business set aside. It is the intent and objective of the Government to use this presolicitation to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of GSA, St. Elizabeth West Campus located at 2701 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, SE, Washington, DC. All elevator equipment shall be operated and/or maintained at the highest levels of efficiency compatible with the current energy conservation requirements, nationally recognized codes, and standards, and maintained at an acceptable level. This is a 100% set-aside for The Economically Disabled Women Owned Small Business set aside (EDWOSB) Program. Concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business Program solicited under NAICS 238290. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $15.0M. This price range for the contract is between $19 million and $21 million for the duration of project.
