The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, awarded a contract with Langell Valley Irrigation District to provide services for the Operation of Clear Lake Dam for a firm fixed price purchase order for the Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, Klamath Falls, OR. However, the previous synopsis did not state that Reclamation intended to award a base year and 4 option years. Firms believing they can provide the services to Operate Clear Lake Dam within the location of the Klamath Falls, OR must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, and award of this requirement will not be delayed to qualify a new contractor. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and tax Identification Number (TIN). Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov to be eligible for award. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 221310 which is $7.0 million average annual revenue over a 3 year period. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation. Responses and questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to Mr. Robert Russo by email at rrusso@usbr.gov.

Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency Long-Term Water Transfer ProjectThe Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency (WDCWA) is implementing the Long-Term Water Transfer (LTWT) Project to improve water supply reliability for the cities of Woodland and Davis and the University of California, Davis. The project involves securing additional water supplies from the Sacramento River through long-term transfer agreements with sellers such as South Sutter Water District, Te Velde Farms, The Nature Conservancy, and Sacramento River Settlement Contractors. These transfers are designed to mitigate water shortages during dry-year conditions, Shasta Critical Year conditions, and Term 91 curtailments, including scenarios involving a 50 percent reduction in available water supplies. The project is planned for an initial term of 25 years with an option to renew. Transferred water will be diverted at the existing WDCWA Sacramento River intake facility, transported via the existing raw water pipeline, and processed at the Regional Water Treatment Facility before delivery to municipal and irrigation customers. The project is subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and has undergone a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) process to evaluate impacts on biological resources, hydrology, and cultural sites. Compliance with the State Water Resources Control Board’s Standard Permit Term 91 and federal and state hazardous materials regulations, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, is required for project operations.
