The City of Richmond (the “City”) is considering procuring certain services for a qualified Contractor to manage and operate the Minoru Chapel Site (the “Site”) as described in the attached Appendix 1 – Scope of Services” (the “Services”). The City seeks Respondents able to deliver an innovative operating model that maximizes public access and supports the Chapel as a vibrant, inclusive, multi-cultural, inter-denominational, and inter-faith community asset, while preserving its historic integrity and heritage character in accordance with this RFEOI, City Policy 8303 – Minoru Chapel, and applicable City policies and procedures.The City is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (“RFEOI”) as a market sounding exercise to ascertain both market interest in the Services as well as the availability of qualified and capable service providers to deliver the Services.
