The contractor shall operate residential quarters (housing) and services to all students as applicable. The contractor shall provide Outreach and Admissions services in the state of Massachusetts and shall ensure the arrival of a minimum of 330 students into the Job Corps program annually for residential male and female students, and nonresidential male and female students. The contractor shall provide Post-Center Career Transition Services annually for 316 Shriver JCC youth returning to the state(s) of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine.
