2025-5 Operational Support Contracted Services (Opening #2)   Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC Region 13) invites qualified vendors to submit proposal responses for Operational Support Contracted Services in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation.
This solicitation is considered a "Continuous Solicitation - Multiple Award". Proposals may be submitted continually through the close date of June 29, 2027. This type of solicitation and award provides ESC Region 13 the means to provide its end users with an opportunity to identify and purchase items or services that best fit their needs through various awarded vendors while meeting the state's competitive bidding requirements.
Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received, or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by ESC Region 13, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. There is no obligation upon or guarantee by ESC Region 13 to use any particular awarded vendor during the term of the award. ESC Region 13 reserves the right to select the awarded vendor that best meets its needs.   Once you have received an award under this RFP, you do not need to submit another response.
